Chiara & Carlos :: Miami Engagement Session :: Cape Florida Lighthouse

Chiara and Carlos decided to tie the knot back in 2009 and did so on a very tight budget! Choosing one of Miami Wedding Photographers best, they came  dressed in colors insired by maimi’s art deco, accenting each other and the beach. Carlos wearing his yellows pants, green watch and pastel blue shoes really was eye catching. I believe his architectural background and training played a part in his selection lol! Chiara matched Carlos’ main color – yellow – with her sunflowers and white dress. They chose the beautiful Cape Florida Lighthouse beach in Miami Beach, Florida.

Toni + Billy’s Wedding :: A West Palm Beach Wedding, Florida

Now this couple has to be one of my favorite couples. They started early in their planning and had their engagement pictures done. And we had kept in close contact with them right down to the rehersal day which was a lot of fun! Toni and Billy’s lives came together in such a special way with similar life changing experiences which binds them together! Their story really touched my heart to the point that I became quite attached to them. The most memorable moment was at the end of the reception when Pamela (Toni’s mother) played the Mama song. Now Pamela had held back her tears of joy up until now and just couldn’t hold it any longer. Cohart Photography was there to capture that moment when mother and daughter met half way and Toni taking her mother up to the stage to have the last dance. Sniff sniff at this point I found myself in tears as I looked through my lens as this night came to a touching end. Not forgetting the party though! With guests taking off their shoes to really get down lol!

Toni + Billy’s Engagement Session :: A Miami Engagement Photography Session, Florida

A guy washing the dishes after you! Now that’s got to be love! That scenario speaks of Billy. Yep Billy did! And who wouldn’t do that for a wonderful person like Toni! The couple met at an outreach program for their community. Toni became fund of Billy as he made her laugh all night long and as the night went on they found love. The signs became more evident as he washed the dishes that night and talked until the sunrise. It was the beginning of something special. This was my cue for the engagement session! A beautiful sunset shoot at Rusty Pelican overlooking Key Biscayne! Capturing moments of laughter and connecting.Miami Wedding PhotographersMiami Wedding PhotographersMiami Wedding PhotographersMiami Wedding PhotographersMiami Wedding Photographers
